Vineyard Retail Prices
All the wines are made exclusively from white grapes grown at Hazel End on vines planted in 1990 - 1993 or on Bacchus vines planted in 2009. The Hazel End 2007 was made at Chapeldown but all subsequent wines have been made by Rob Capp at Shawsgate with the second fermentation - for the sparkling Three Squirrels - overseen by Dermot Sugrue at Wiston.

|Three Squirrels 2013 Brut||19.50||117.00|
Started at Shawsgate and finished by Dermot Sugrue, Wiston Estate's Decanter gold medal winner in 2014. Instead of the usual French grapes, this lively sparkler is made from a unique blend of Muller Thurgau, Huxelrebe and Reichensteiner from vines averaging 25 years old resulting in an acidity and minerality which many prefer to its better known rivals. Great now but will benefit from further bottle age. EAVA Silver Medal 2017
Still White Wines
|Per Bottle||Per Case of 6|
|Hazel End 2009 Regional Dry||7.50||45.00|
From a year of lush ripeness; not for those with a sweet tooth but its balanced acidity, softened by bottle age, will go particularly well with fried or grilled fish. Made at Shawsgate in Suffolk. Cork closure.
|Hazel End 2010 Regional Dry||7.50||45.00|
Not such a good summer as 2009 but a very similar wine. Our first screwcap closure.
|Hazel End Hudshill Dry 2013||9.50||57.00|
A new blend with Bacchus from our original site at Hudshill - full bodied, well rounded, flavoursome wine, somewhat in the style of Sauvignon Blanc.
|Hazel End Bacchus Dry 2014||9.50||57.00|
We were thrilled to release our first all Bacchus wine, something we have been looking to do for a long time. The vines were planted in 2009 and are now bearing fruit which echos the elderflower, apple blossom and hedgerows of rural England. EVA Bronze Medal 2015.
|Hazel End Bacchus Dry 2015||9.50||57.00|
We allowed this wine to spend the night on its skins to emphasise the characteristics of this “native” variety. Compare it with the 2014! EAVA Bronze Medal 2016.
